It’s not my idea of a good deal.
Inflation is over 5% and rising.
The award is about 2.6% and falling over the next three years.
If that’s the best multi-year deal in the public sector, I feel sorry for the rest of you.
How is it worth more than it was in July, when inflation was lower?
I think it raises more questions than answers
