The Bloody Sunday inquiry has reached its tenth anniversary with costs approaching £200million - but without publishing any report on its findings.
Officials working for the judge in charge, Lord Saville of Newdigate, confirmed yesterday that no conclusions can be expected until spring at the earliest.
Tony Blair announced the judicial inquiry on January 29, 1998.

£6million which will prove nothing. I’ve met enough conspiracy theorists to know that nothing you can say or do will burst their bubble…
It’s all been so tawdry to listen to, well if you do listen. I reckon most of us found it too nauseating and gave up.
